Sadly they sold my wife 3x sirloin steaks… sadly 20 percent of it was gristle, Waitrose steaks are are far better , really disappointed for a village butcher..sad!!

The absolute best place to buy any fresh produce! The vegetable selection is superb, with everything being fresh and often there being many items you can’t buy anywhere else - it’s a real treat stocking up the fridge knowing that our vegetables will last x3 longer than the rubbish sold in supermarkets!

Their meat is exceptional too, we’ve had lamb chops, corn-fed chicken, lamb shanks and most recently the star of the show was the tomahawk steaks!

I was looking to purchase one tomahawk steak for New Year’s Eve and they were such good value compared to any other butchers, we ended up buying two! The quality of the meat was the best I’ve had the chance to cook with and my friends couldn’t have been more impressed!

As always, brilliant customer service and great prices!

Living in an area with limited options for my cultural food, Cheam Arena has become a gem for me! Their meat is always incredibly fresh, well-prepared, and a cut above the rest. I love how clean and well-organized the shop is—it's a pleasure to browse through their aisles. They offer such a great range of items that you can actually do a full grocery shop there, which is so convenient.

While the prices are reasonable, the freshness of their food is what truly stands out. If you’re lucky enough to visit on the right day, they even bake fresh bread, and their freezer section is full of delicious options. I can always count on getting my plantain and Scotch bonnet peppers for my African dishes, but what I also love is the variety of foods from other cultures. They stock a lot of Turkish and Polish products, which I find so interesting to explore and try out.

Cheam Arena has definitely become my go-to spot for fresh, diverse, and high-quality groceries, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic ingredients and a welcoming shopping experience!

The butcher was non co-operative. Didn’t give the portion I wanted.
Parking is off street first come first.
Good selection of vegetables and fruits.
Cashier queue system is confusing. No clear signage.

CAREFUL CAREFUL people Please.
I do shopping there often but a friend of mine told me that be careful because they put extra items on so you pay for something you don’t get !!!!!! I went there today did my shopping and the guy at the till asked me if I wanted the receipt and I said yes but didn’t check straight away what I paid for, I had parked in McDonald car park and when I went to the car I checked the receipt and my friend was right there were two items extra I paid for that I had NOT in my bag, my wife said go back but I didn’t because they would denied it anyway and I would have looked silly. So please always get the receipt and check b4 you go out. The shop is very very expensive but fair enough no1 force anyone to do shopping there but at least pay for what you get. Good luck

I have been shopping here almost every day for several years, but today I received an invoice for £68 and they always gave me a box of water for my purchase of over £60, but today a gentleman with coordination, the cashier was brutal. And he took water from my car and cursed and was rude and I got upset and returned all my purchases to the store and got my money back.

This store is expensive, and they constantly add items to the bill that I did not purchase. I've been food poisoned by the meat twice, and instead of lamb meat, they sell goat meat.
