We visit quite regularly, mainly to donate items. But the parking there is terrible. There’s a vehicle repair garage next door which seems to take over and sometimes it’s impossible to get past their vehicles as they are everywhere. And very few parking spaces available.
Most times we have no choice but to pull up near the door to the shop to unload, which means blocking the way through for others.
It’s getting worse so putting us off taking donations to the Chartham shop which is our nearest.

Friends farther sadly passed away! She genrously offered to give all of his furniture to this charity and the mans attitude towards the “older” looking furniture she was willing to donate was absolutely disgusting!! Seeing as something is already so painful the gentleman here made things a lot harder then they needed be when they only took a small amount and asking if we would put these items in our house?! Considering as your getting these items for free and selling them on for the money to go to charity I think you attitude towards customers is so wrong!!
