Ben and Natalie came up with some truly creative solutions which they carefully explained to our builders and have ended up as much admired features of the new kitchen. We were also pleased to recycle some things from our old kitchen such as our existing island oak top - half of which we are now enjoying as the top of our splendid new dresser and the other half as a bench in our boot room! Through a combination of show room and home visits Ben delivered a vision for our kitchen by providing two contrasting design options, one of which we chose. He spent time getting to know us, and our life style, even organising a visit to Bora in London for a demonstration. His talent as a designer came before selling - actually there was very little selling! Charter Walk’s customer service approach meant that we were fully informed at each and every stage of the project. It felt like they were keen for us to maintain our time schedules despite the supply chain challenges impacting the delivery at that time. We now have a stunning high quality contemporary kitchen that allows our culinary lifestyle to be centre stage. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Charter Walk.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Charter Walk kitchen. We have never had a new kitchen before and were slightly overwhelmed by the options and choices. We opted for a German handleless Beeck kitchen. We were given such sensible advice and they made sure they knew how we would be using our space before designing the kitchen to make the best use of it. I had no idea where best to position the bin, dishwasher, sink, oven, fridge, etc. Charter Walk's design is spot on. Our kitchen is now a dream to use! We even took their advice re the tiling on the majority of our ground floor and we're very happy with that too. Even sneaked in a boiling water tap - don't know how I lived without it! THANK YOU!

Ben and his team at Charterwalk have been exceptional with their service and product. In renovating our property we wanted a quality, handmade shaker style kitchen and boot room. From the very first conversation with Ben at the Haslemere showroom through to the final finishes, they have gone above and beyond our expectations.

Whilst we had some idea of the style we wanted, Ben’s experience and knowledge helped to shape a kitchen that we love and spend most of our time in. Their ideas of a ‘Mirrored Gin cupboard’, hidden microwave and coffee machine cupboard and super island are always talking points when friends and family visit. Through the design stage we tweaked and adapted, but this was never a problem for the team. The installation was hassle free and they dealt with all interactions with our builder and associated trades, accommodating tight timelines at times. Their attention to detail stands out and their onsite team are super craftsman.
