A recent return visit to this lovely little shop which sells very nice and reasonably priced clothing, jewellery, gifts and cards. My sisters and I were welcomed so warmly by Linda, who was really friendly and helpful with our purchases. A jumper I wanted was out of stock but Linda kindly offered to order it for me and said she would post it to me as I do not live in the area. Linda kept in friendly contact and I received the jumper very promptly, beautifully wrapped with a handwritten note. It is so rare and so refreshing to receive such excellent customer care, I cannot praise Linda enough - thank you! x

I purchased a pair of trousers through their website, such amazing customer service!
I was emailed a personal message straight away and was kept updated throughout.

I ordered a bag from Linda and the team at Charlotte Grace Casuals. It is not often these days that online shopping is such a pleasure but Linda took the time to contact me personally to say thanks for ordering and to let me know my order had been received. I had another email when it was despatched, and whilst this is not unusual for online transactions the fact that Linda takes the time to contact her customers individually, rather than send automated scheduled message, certainly is. My bag arrived beautifully wrapped in pretty lilac tissue paper accompanied by a handwritten note.

Ordered a jellycat online that I had been looking for for ages for a birthday present. This jellycat had been sold out everywhere. When I saw that they had it in stock, I knew i had to get it. The website was easy to use and I asked if the staff could write happy 30th birthday as jt was a present. Linda and the team went above and beyond, even reaching out to let me know further options before they posted and honestly I will be using them again! 🥰 I can't reccomend enough!
