The staff were lovely, I was returning shoes I had ordered on line and the experience was efficient. There was a sale on at the time and the place was a mess and very uninviting. Did not encourage me to shop there. I will shop on line again as there are much nicer styles to choose from whereas the shop seemed to stock only basic boring styles.

Today we bought a pair of shoes for our 2-year-old daughter. The sales assistant Tish was very patient, knew her business, providing honest and useful advice and engaged beautifully with our little one. A really pleasant experience. Thank you.

Not obvious they use a ticket system, so waited a while until realised needed to get a ticket and wait for my number to be announced before being served. Did not hear my number being called out, so nearly missed my turn. Staff were helpful though and we got what my daughter wanted. Quite pricey so hope these shoes last long as sales assistant reassured me they would.

I would leave a zero review if possible, reasons being the inadequate behaviour of staff members for example, belittling customers on the store floor in addition at the till points. Furthermore the reluctance to do their jobs, examples being, talking to one another about inappropriate topics whilst ignoring customers at the till, in addition across the store floor. Additionally eating food on the store floor whilst customers are trying on shoes, not only that the level of hygiene is disgusting, staff members smelling of body oder. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely shameful, from sales assistant to management levels, I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this company

We Visited the Witney Branch today with our 2 and a half year old. The lady who served us was AMAZING and deserves recognition. She was calm, experianced and helped us with our daughter when it is challenging. She was understanding of her behaviour and helped us so much. So thank you!!!
