Chandlers always come up with the goods because if they haven't got it, they will!!staff really helpful and cheerful, always load my sacks of food etc.,just ask and it will be done,give them a try you won't regret it loads of interesting items for pressies as well.

Really suprised at the amount of stock they have, went into day for just a bag of food for my pony, it was £2 cheaper than my normal local feed store. And I picked up electric fence posts which her really cheap and lots of stuff for my pony. I wish I had of had more time to check out more. Really impressed with the customer service, nothing was too much, very informative, well done guys, il be back x

Chandlers ….what do they not sell, if you’re not sure just give them a call, incredibly helpful staff , competitive prices, also allow you to buy horse bedding in large quantities , massive savings.

Awful company. Purchased a spare part which failed less than four months later. Chandler's said I would have to buy another one. They would send the faulty one away and if and when they get a refund I would get mine. Absolutely appalling customer service. Never heard such nonsense in all my days. Go elsewhere these lot are not worth your hard earned money.

Went in today, if I have to wear a mask I think the staff should at least whilst a customer is in,the girl serving me was more interested in chatting to the other 2 staff and could hardly speak to me,i nearly walked out with 2fly sheets because she wasn't interested but I'm to honest,teach your staff some manners and how to serve properly!!I normally go to the Spilsby one ,won't be going back to horncastle now

Very fair and friendly. You're treated with polite respect. Work is explained and carried out in timely fashion. Prices are reasonable for a franchised dealer. Bought a used car recently. The process was straightforward and transparent. I was offered a fair and best price on the car and my trade-in immediately. None of the leaving you to stew while they have to see the sales manager. (Having a chat about what they watched on TV last night while you sit there stressed and alone.) The only hitch was on my side where my NatWest debit card was refused for the car tax - just £260 but accepted for £10,000! Luckily I had a credit card for he tax. All this took a while. I was dealing with Ed, the dealer principal, who was remarkably patient and eased my acute embarrassment. NatWest were extremely annoying. I tried to call to verify my transaction but I gave up after 25 minutes on hold. I eventually got a text some two hours later at home, telling me my card was blocked, asking me to text back with a "Y". After that my card was immediately unblocked but why didn't the system check by SMS straight away? Aargh…
