Bought from Chadwell Motors a few months back. The car was well-priced and nothing bad has come to light after we bought it - it runs really well. Jay was incredibly helpful during the sale - spent a lot of time going over the car with us and fixing minor issues ahead of the sale.

Can't recommend these guys enough. I saw my ideal car on their website and got into communication with them. Jay was helpful from first contact and sent me a detailed video of the car. Due to my distance from the dealership, I didn't really have a chance to see the car so the video really helped.

What really made the difference was that my current car had negative equity which these guys said was not an issue, they took my car and added the neg to new car's finance. Brilliant and saved me having to clear the balance.

With everything arranged I then made the 400 mile journey to collect the car. On the day, I was met by Jay and Frank.
Car was washed and looked stunning. I had a look round the car, under the bonnet and was thoroughly happy.

Then went for a test drive which showed the car's performance.

All in all a brilliant experience and I can't recommend them enough. They give you a warranty with the car for added piece of mind.

I have just sold my Nissan Qashqai to Jay, and wanted to write this review as he is an absolute gem to deal with. I decided to sell my car a couple of months ago and, after calling round several dealers around the Chadwell Heath/Dagenham area and not getting any kind of focused service, I spoke with Jay who was completely different. He is someone who is decent and loyal to his word - it has taken me a couple of months to find my new vehicle but, throughout, Jay has honoured the deal I came to with him and demonstrated a great deal of patience with me. If you're looking to buy/sell your car, I would strongly recommend Jay and am certain you will not be disappointed. Even though I have sold my car now, I will be recommending friends and family to turn to Jay when they are looking to buy/sell their car, and I know for a fact he will give the same gold service to them as he gave to me. Trust me when I say this - Chadwell Motors is an absolute star of a place, and with Jay heading it up, long may that continue!

I unfortunately found myself in a position where i had to buy a new car. Having had my last vehicle for a number of years, this was quite daunting. Luckily for me, I found Chadwell Motors, and was pleased to find that Jay, who I dealt with an absolute delight. Quickly put at ease, I managed to find a vehicle which suited me very well. I found the staff very helpful indeed. Nothing was too much trouble, and the car came at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly.

Couldn’t be happier. After finding my dream car at chadwell, I was so disappointed to find out that my finance company would only work with a small list of garages. I explained this to Jay who couldn’t have been more supportive considering I was letting him down. He suggested a finance company to try but with no pressure. I followed his advice and got accepted. Jay allowed me to really examine the car and take it for a good test drive. He even went into detail on how to care for all my cars components and maintenace. On the day of collection Frank was on site to hand over the keys and again he couldn’t have been any nicer. He to took the time to do all checks and maintenance with me and also offered me another test drive just to be sure. I could be happier with my new dream car. I would highly recommend Jay and Frank at chadwell motors. Thanks guys I would give you 10 stars if I could!!!
