Good for games but I would avoid buying any tech in store as you can get more choice online with much better customer rights than you would going here. Music magpie have a very good returns policy.

In my experience the staff in store did not handle my complaint very well. This is why I have left unhappy. A complaint handled well is a customer gained.

CeX usually varies in quality based on location. This is the worst I've ever been to. The staff is completely incompetent, and I know it's not just a one off because I've been to this one several times.

The staff can be friendly and helpful, but lately, they seem as if they don't want to be there and i have been turned away from doing trades many of times due to too much stock of the games I wanted to trade-in and prices of PS5 controllers are a Joke £55-£70 for second hand controllers when I can get a brand néw one from Game from £50

Had some ok stuff in for a good price but the staff all had this gritty shady Baboon look about them, the manager seemed to be the only one that looked a little human also when I got my game back home I had a little pubic hair in the box so now I'm on tracing it back to its owner to complain.

Great prices, free to browse as long as you like with no pressure, helpful knowledgeable staff.
Lots of game console games all in own designated displays. Pick the box take to counter staff insert disc, pay for items. Easy and efficient.
Cheap parking in multi story above Newgate centre where this shop is located.
