I encountered unusual and unexpected rudeness when I wanted to exchange some flowers which I discovered to have 2 broken blooms. I took them back immediately as I discovered the damage in the car park; I just wanted to swap for another bunch. This was done but with exceedingly bad grace. Why? I wasn’t making a noisy fuss and the damage to the flowers was not my fault. Both of the staff I had dealings with were surly and had apparently lost the ability to smile. This does not accurately reflect the present day ethos of retail service and was disappointing.

went to pick up a parcel that i had been informed had been delivered. The assistant said " it probably wont be here " but went and looked out the back somewhere, came back to look in a big jumble of parcels behind the tills while saying that she could be doing without having to look through parcels , she had enough to do as it was ! If its too much trouble , don't provide this service, I still havent got my parcel and no idea if it is there in the jumble of parcels !

Very convenient store at the end of the road. After moving into our new home recently we find the Co-op a great place to get those items you forgot during the main shop.

The store isn't huge but caters for most items and is well set out. Cleandliness is something I think most people look for in a store and the Co - op scores well again here.

Met a nice female staff member on my second trip to the store and she saw me trying the Co - op app, which didn't scan the QR code and she asked if I had registered a card with that particular store. I was able to get a temporary card there and then and have since been sent my perminent card.

Great store and happy it's my local.
