Brilliant experience here last weekend. Staff were friendly, and helpful without being pushy. We were not rushed at all. Amazing selection of dresses and we had a wonderful couple of hours choosing my daughters dress.

Came to celebrity after a very disappointing and upsetting appointment elsewhere. The staff members were so quick to come and help, and offer any dress they could to the requests we had, Darcy was the main member of staff helping my choose and try on dresses. When I tried my dresses on, I was made to feel amazing and flattered by all staff members! The first dress was the one, and everyone agreed also! Couldn’t fault this shop at all and thankyou so much!

First time using Celebrity for my daughter’s prom dress. Absolutely brilliant staff members, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic range of dresses to choose from. The store is very well laid out and easy to get around too.

Not a good experience at all. Went in store to be greeted by a less than cheerful assistant. Explained what size dress was required to be asked what's my budget and upon explaining it depended on the dress, was sent into the corner and shown 3 dresses they had in store. I was then made to feel as though I was a hindrance to the assistant, and also as if I was going to run out the door with a dress. If it hadn't been for my friend being with me and helping me to try on different styles and prom style even, just to try and get a feel of what i wanted, I think I'd have left after the first try on, and also was told rather abruptly that no photos etc allowed as children in the store. To then hear that same assistant offer the next booth photos and to go and stand in front of the bigger mirror at the bottom of the store. I can honestly say I could have cried today. I felt so deflated coming out that shop, having never tried wedding dresses on before, and what should have been an exciting day turned into a very sad one. Hopefully, my next appointment at another store goes better than this.
