I ordered a beautiful pair of earrings, which looked the same as the picture shown. They were for my niece's birthday, and she absolutely loved them.
Thank you so much Lizzie for sorting out Royal Mail's disappointing delivery on time(took 7 days for a delivery).
I will definately be looking and buying more of their lovely jewellry.

Fantastic customer experience. Love the 'bubbles' necklace I've bought my partner... I know she's going to love it. I experienced a slight challenge with Royal Mail's 1pm delivery and I logged this with the Cavendish French team... they looked into it and as they called me back about 15 minutes later, the postman arrived with my parcel... you couldn't write this! So, great customer experience and I'll be back soon. Recommended.

Bought a very beautiful bracelet and it was great. Sometimes from other jewlers the item you get doesnt match the photo but not in this case, exactly as described. Easy to purchase, quick delivery, couldnt ask for better!

This outstanding privately owned jewellery shop, certainly has a fantastic outlook to good old fashioned customer service,as a man looking for gifts all year round can be quite difficult,but not in this lovely shop.
Finding that Ideal gift for my daughter was a breeze with the staff offerings ideas,to placing a special order from the supplier keeping my up dated on the process and upon collect the item had been gift wrapped.
A flawless and outstanding service was shown,thank you for your help,a very happy customer.

Lovely funky silver necklace just sits nicely on collar bones so can be worn on lower neck dresses or over jumpers for dressier look .very pleased. Item not flimsy , but well made not so heavy that it would make it uncomfortable to wear all day.Delivery time was excellent next day
