Atrocious post-sale customer service, totally inept managers not interested in fixing any problems after the property is complete or accepting any fault on their part whatsoever. If there is something wrong with the house that THEY built, it's YOUR fault, but if you want to pay them, they'll offer to fix it for you!🤔 This is why developers have a reputation for being greedy scumbags.
