Absolutely shocking customer service.

Ordered an IPhone 15 Pro Max online on Friday to be delivered to this store for collection.

After repeatedly going to this store multiple times on the saturday,sunday,monday,tuesday and then again on wednesday morning as I was concerned where my order had gone, I was told on every occasion by a sales assistant called Andy, a well set guy with numerous sleeve tattoos and ginger hair "your can't miss him" that my ordered had not arrived and that the phone that I had ordered was not even in stock yet!!

Customer services had already confirmed that the phone was posted out the same day and that my ordered had actually arrived in store at 11am on saturday morning!!

Anyway, it get's better,after visiting the store yet again on the wednesday afternoon, I was then told that my phone had been sat in the deliveries store room and that it had been delivered on saturday morning, no phone calls or emails recieved to inform me that my item was in store, I thought this was the companies policy and process to inform their customers when an order had arrived?

If I could give a zero star rating I definitely would.

On that note, I would like to say a big WELL DONE to our incompetent Andy for not delivering any customer service what so ever and leaving a some what bad taste with using Carphone Warehouse ever again.I would definitely stay well clear of this store.
