Carpets were of good quality. Fitters they arranged damaged my walls and carpets have nails sticking out. Called every other day & was told someone would call me back - they never did. Eventually was told after a week of chasing (with alot of attitude) the fitter would arrive on a scheduled date to have a look & I should deal with him about the issues. Fitter didn’t show!

Recently in Sept had a new lounge Carpet fitted From start to finish very happy . The Fitters were just brilliant moving furniture for me and putting it all back in the right place. Thankyou so much .It was much appreciated .

We ordered flooring here and arrannged for our builder to collect. When he collected the shop couldn't find the order despite us being informed it would be in. Turns out after we had ordered and paid it was not ordered. As a result of this the shop said they'd deliver and fit free of charge on an allocated day. No one turned up on this day (which costed myself and my husband a day's unpaid leave might I add). Whenever i rang the shop no one would ever answer the phone or respond to my social media messages...when I finally got through and explained our situation the guy I spoke to sounded bored and didn't apologise for the large inconvenience and really poor customer service. Instead he just said 'someone will fit it on Monday' and wouldn't give us a time. Thankfully it was fitted then and we are happy with it, just wish the process was a little less stressful.

Fantastic service! I know I have been the customer from hell and I’m sure the would love to tell me to sod off but my goodness, they have been fantastic! Extra love and appreciation to Andy in the office for being such a wonderful help and not being angry with me being so awkward! Thank you guys so so so much!

Had a stair and landing carpet fitted by Carpets 4 Less 10 years ago which stood the test of time and they were just as friendly and helpful then as now.Just had a new one fitted and couldn't be happier with the same standard of help and professional manner we received. Decided on a very tricky stripe number for our landing and staircase. I am annoyed I didn't ask the name of the fitters as they did an amazing job. Bottom staircase is curved and it was lined up lovely and looks great..£600 saving for a similar carpet from one of the bigger chain stores and all fitted within less than a week of ordering. My experience was very positive and would recommend Carpets 4 Less.

I was very happy with the customer service provided by Carpets4Less. We encountered a problem which left us slightly short of flooring but they worked quickly to resolve the problem so we had no complaints.

My one bit of advice would be to use a different fitter to the one they recommend.

I am the Venue Manager at Gosfield Hall and I required a quick turnaround on a new carpet we needed. I spoke to Andy at the Basildon branch and he bent over backwards to help us out. Given he had 24 hours to sort out the carpet and a fitter AND there was a time restraint for the actual fitting. The new carpet looks great, thank you so much! We'll be back!
