Taken my money for goods that I've never received. The company didn't email to advise that item had been despatched and no tracking information given, that was promised. My contact details also weren't provided to the courier company so they couldn't advise on delivery day and time and I wasn't in when the parcel was supposedly delivered. Courier company allegedly left parcel in 'front porch' which I don't have. Parcel wasn't on my front door step when I eventually discovered the goods had supposedly been delivered, 4 days later. Courier company advise Care Monitors UK need to raise a query with them which I have asked them to do but had no response. I have asked for a refund, no response on this either so I have paid for goods I don't have. If Care Monitors UK had provided tracking information to me, as their email said they would, or if they had provided the courier company with my details, or if they made a claim to the courier company for the lack of delivery/unsecured delivery then I would have either my goods or a refund but I currently have neither. I have heard nothing back from the company for
several weeks. Shockingly bad customer service all round. Wouldn't recommend, don't risk losing your money.

Also, there are a number of wellbeing devices which I have bought. Battery prices are really low, and every time I have called, the staff know exactly what they are doing & are really helpful.
