This company definitely doesn’t fit the name.
I tried to place a order online only to get the message saying Birmingham or Wolverhampton is not a valid city.
I called the company to explain the problem with the website and if I can place the order over the phone, I was told the order needs to be place online after several attempts still couldn’t place the order.
They ended up loosing my business.

I used this company last year and they were great. I used them again this year and they sent me poor quality leaflets. When I emailed the second and third time they stopped replying. So I phoned and the receptionist was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he came across as arrogant and didn't have the time to speak to me. I had already sent my original and the second leaflets to them after having them weighed and proving there was over a 5th difference in the weight. He asked me to send them again...they had obviously thrown the first lot. I had to write again and ask did you receive the leaflets. But still nothing has been done.....so I went with vista print and the leaflets are fantastic.

We've had some A4, two folded leaflets printed. There were delays along the way, which was not good - these things happen, but there were two other problems as well. But they were eventually sorted, see the postscript at the end of this review

Despite having expressed reservations about the colours of the photographs before ordering (I quote - "As discussed, I am fairly nervous about the RGB photos converting to print, so if your experts could please check that the overall look of the leaflet remains fresh and enticing, I would very much appreciate it! If any of the photos need altering, I can do that here and resubmit.") the leaflets were printed with much darker photos than their carefully balanced RGB Mac equivalents. Nothing that a quick shadow alteration in Photoshop couldn't easily fix, but I wasn't given the option. So they've come out very dark - not good for a sales leaflet!

Then the folding and packaging. The sample leaflet that I was sent had good, sharp folds and lay flat. But the leaflets that were eventually supplied had poor folds and so they lay in a curve. Not only that, but they were fastened together in bundles of about 50, held together with an elastic band, which very effectively increased that curve. So I've had to spend a considerable amount of time rolling them the other way to try to get rid of the curve and then sharpening the folds on each and every leaflet with a wallpaper seam roller (1,000 done - 4,000 to go!) and then repacking them, wrapped in a clean sheet of paper in nice tight bundles, so that they store and remain flat... so that when they finally go out to a prospective customer, at least if the photos look a bit flat, the leaflet will as well.

But they are certainly cheaper than a lot of other quotes we had! And I do feel that if they could iron out these wrinkles (no pun intended) then they would potentially have an excellent product. The problems with the photos I could deal with on a future order by lightening the photos artificially before sending them. But the problem with the poor folding and the elastic bands, rather than being properly wrapped as so many other printers would supply them - that is a deal breaker as far as we are concerned. It makes lovingly designed leaflets look curly and cheap.

To give a properly balanced review, however, I would mention that a large part of the reason why we used CardsMadeEasy is because we've had some cards printed by them in the past and those have been truly excellent!

As a postscript to the above review, CardsMadeEasy got in touch with us and reprinted the whole order, proper colours this time and held together with wraps of paper - the latter still not perfect, but a great improvement on the plastic bands! We're happy with the end result and will certainly use CardsMadeEasy for our next print job.

Placed a bulk order with Cards Made Easy for business cards for 20 staff. They took care of everything and offered a great price too. The first person I actually handed a card to commented on the quality of the card. Great job folks.

Very slow delivery. I just wish I had read the other reviews on the internet before I ordered as many other customers report the same slow and poor service. In todays world an internet company needs to have top quality customer service and 1st class delivery times. I waited almost two weeks for 50 cards!

Great customer service and easy to contact them via phone. Only downside is that there was confusion on the design of my order - but they were very polite about it.
