Picked up my car a few weeks ago now.
My experience of using Car Station was really positive. Everyone was really helpful, and the whole process when collecting the car was very smooth. The car itself is excellent, & I’ve had absolutely no problems with it at all.
I can thoroughly recommend using Car Station for an extremely professional, friendly and excellent service.

Had my car delivered today by Raj. Absolutely fantastic service, polite and courteous. Brilliant to deal with from start to finish, from face to face with Raj today, and on the phone with Hassan during the week. The car was purchased online so I was unable to view in person. Walk round video sent, outstanding work done on the car and a fresh MOT. When delivered it exceeded my expectations too. Absolutely first rate service. 10/10 Thank you guys!

Bought my Ford Focus a year ago from Car Station . They were friendly and answered all my questions . The process of buying the car and documentation was smooth and unhurried . A cracked drivers mirror was replaced .

Eleven months on and I have had no problems with the car ,other than routine owners maintenance and a rear bulb.

As I live local I can always pop in for a chat if needed.

Do not come to this company, I recently brought an Audi A3, WN67TBF. Red flags straight away, calling me 3 times on the day I was going to see the car. First one, can you come earlier as I would like to shoot off because it was a Saturday. 2 more calls of how far away are you. Anyway, kept hovering around me when looking at the car. Within a couple of days of having the car, engine management light came on then off, 7 times it came on before I gave it back to them. I had a diagnostics check. MULTIPLE ISSUES. I called car station straight away. They said come in tomorrow and we will look. The next day I turned up raj didn’t know I was coming and told me I couldn’t get it checked because the mechanic was not there so raj took it upon him to use the diagnostic machine. Came to me saying there was no problem so I showed him the picture I had of my diagnosis and suddenly the mechanic appeared on site and looked at the car.. took ages to get it in. I had to ask what the update is and he said it was spark plugs ( they said they changed the spark plugs before me seeing the car) I asked if he checked other components that might cause the issue.. raj was confused so I had to tell him the components. Still had the fault after changing spark plugs. Luckily enough that I use to be a mechanic so I know what I’m talking about. Eml kept coming on and off. Car revving on its own.

After a battle of trying to get my money back Hassan still tried to save money by saying I’ve done certain amount of miles in the Audi so he will deduct money from the full refund… but did not mention about the miles they did in my part exchange which he gave back to me.. near enough 1000 miles and said he had 4 test drives..

On the last day of getting the refund and exchanging items. Another argument including both Hassan and raja happened. very unprofessional, disgusting place. Also making my Mrs very uncomfortable. DO NOT COME HERE, THEY SELL DODFY CARS.

We purchased a beautiful car from Hassan and the team at Car Station. We opted for delivery as we are a couple of hours drive away. When Hassan was delivering the car he noticed a warning light appear on the dash, and refused to sell us a car with an unknown issue. He then took it back and spent a few days getting it sorted and keeping the lines of communication open updating us and informing us what has happened. Once the warning light issue was fixed Hassan happily redelivered to us and refunded the delivery fee. Very friendly and professional service and now we have had the car months without any issues we are super happy. He checked in after delivery to make sure all was going well, and also gave advice on configuring some of the sat nav settings and offering to resolve an issue that he wasnt responsible for. I highly recommend Hassan and his team at Car Station. Thank you again
