I saw bag and said I'll go think about it, came back the manager had had put up by £6!!. I asked if I could have at the price a inquired about and she said no it had been priced wrong! In front of many people. I was so embarrassed .
I left feeling gutted.
I don't make that much money!
Lost a customer now!
Seems like charity shops are now for the well off.

I got an amazing pair of second-hand Jimmy Choo boots here! My boyfriend also got a very nice quality sweater and dress shirt. Staff is very friendly as well and what feels better than shopping for charity 🙂

I went to shop to be part of such charitable institution lost my bag full of goods in matter of time near cash counter hussain store manager browse the cctv found a lady carrying my bag away as per the store lady comes everyday to buy & spend she will come again tomorrow let’s hope I get my bag carrying M&S store bag I have left my number with Mr hussain hopefully I get or raise complaint
