Just okay, would not recommend for anything valuable!

I get parcels to collect and return here somewhat regularly and have not had an issue with the opening hours (so far). I will say that customer service is desultory at best, often they have been on the phone while handling my parcel which always makes me a little concerned about whether the details are being entered correctly, but they always give receipts. I would say don't send anything valuable or super fragile here unless clearly marked, parcels are often chucked together in a big pile. I don't think they have label printing services, but weigh / print your labels before you go and you'll probably be ok.

I went to this place to drop off a big Hermes Parcel.

The venue is listed as having the "Print in-store" feature on the Hermes website. Turns out they don't have it (they mentioned having the printer broken).

Staff was extremely rude and I'm not looking forward shipping more parcels from this location.

Good drop off parcel store, wouldn’t recommend for anything of high value but the store does its job. Prices are normal for a convenience store within central side. Some of the workers are friendly providing excellent service whereas some don’t really want to work there and are quite rude.

This shop came up as a drop off for My Hermes so I thought it would be perfect on the way to work since I don't actually live in Camden but despite it saying it opened at 8am it was still not open at 8.30am so I had to walk all the way to Kings Cross and post my parcel making me late to work. Don't count on them to be open if you want to drop off early.

Seeing the reviews I got nothing but good service from here. Parcel sent off easy transaction. Service was great as soon as I walked in they helped me sort the parcel / printed label and wads all good.

Totally unreliable. 9.30am (1.5 hours after opening) and no sign of a soul. Another wasted journey to drop off parcel. Also, this is where I keep spare house keys with Keynest, in case I get locked out or need to let somebody in. Completely useless if I can’t rely on them to actually open.

The worst place to ship a parcel. The shop does not have a scale or a meter. They do not sell carton boxes. Staff is not friendly neither helpful. Do not loose your time here for shipping. Unless you pre arrange everything online. Not recommended
