Lively with loads of food choices. Many Halal options as well, which is great - at least 5 Halal stalls selling wraps and such. Fruits and Veg.. fresh fruit juices, fudge, baked good, tea and coffee. I was looking forward to try the African food (Nigerian), it was so good! Highly recommend Africfood. Check my last few pics! Was so satisfying ❤️ even for £10, yes a bit pricey for a medium bowl.. but I was happy (as you can see in the last pic) ?

It’s not as big as the Malaysian open markets - pasar malam, pasar pagi, tamu etc but it gives you access to fresh produce like honey and vegetables, breads and some halal food stalls. A nice stroll ?

Food and souvenirs with good price. Some seats are available if you decide to eat. Not many shops opened during weekdays.

Great bank holiday spent visiting Cambridge City center.
Stopped by the market for some delicious street food for all taste: American, German, Greek, Turkish, Malaysian, African, ...
A pleasure for the palates.
You might the most popular food depending on where the queues are starting to build-up.
They all close at 5pm.
As you are done with the market, you might decide to go for an ice cream (Jack's Gelato) by The Eagle's pub or buy some tasty desserts at Ben's Cookie's.
Car parking: I would recommend to park your car in car parks outside the city centre; Bank holiday are free of charge.
Otherwise, you will need to pay via an app (Just Park or Ring Go, it depends which car park is used)

This market is really worth a visit, plenty food places, nice flower and veggie/ fruit stands, also you can buy lovely scarfs and Cambridge University merchandise items and if you are into different music bands you can get nice t-shirts too. Been here at least now 4 times and every time I find something to buy or try starting from lovely coffee and cakes, or a nice shopping haul, bought some nice t-shirts and hoodies for me and my BF, and a lovely scarf for my mum.

Cambridge Market Square is in front of the Guild Hall. You can find many fruits, vegetables, flowers, delicious breads and souvenirs! It still has many small shops serving international cuisines, such as Greek kebabs, German sausages, Thai food or pasta. Here is a good choice for you to buy international products from dry goods to fresh fruits.
