Unfortunately a poor experience from these guys. I haven't yet received my order and still won't be receiving it until April the 22nd.

I placed my order on April 10th, my order wasn't a cheap one and consisted of 6 items all in stock. Delivery said 3-5 days, brilliant I'll have it between Monday and Wednesday before Easter weekend where I will have family over to use what I've ordered.

My items were picked up by the delivery company on Monday which is a slow turn around if you ask me (4 days since I ordered). My order was set to be delivered on Wednesday (today 16th April) I had my delivery time slot for the delivery the day before. On the day delivery on delivery I get a text that the items haven't arrived at the local depo. I have now been told by the delivery team (DX Delivery) they can't deliver my items until Tuesday the 22nd (12 days after I put the order in) I have now had to cancel the plans with my family to come over on Easter break becuase the items haven't arrived and also had to take more time of work to wait in for the delivery on another day.

If the order was ready for delivery quicker or this company used someone else to deliver, I might have got my items on time or if they were just honest on the delivery times I wouldn't be as annoyed as I am now, I wouldnt have made plans for the family to come over.

Can't recommend this company for delivery. Let's just hope the items are better than the delivery service.

Would highly recommend Cambridge Home & Garden

Such a fast, efficient, helpful and friendly service, from Ed replying to my (many) emails (on a Sunday and during a pandemic too!!) to delivery in less than 48hrs and a really friendly and helpful delivery driver who had absolutely no problems assembling the sofa for me! Will update with photos once project patio is complete!!

What an amazing team at Cambridge Home and Garden, great place to visit to see a great range of Pergolas actually built and on display, superb quality furniture too, and a first class cafe but truly the real value here are every single person you encounter that just wants to help you with any questions , no pressure at all just a genuine friendliness and genuine passion for all they do, I had my pergola installed and the team that did it are again just amazing and respectful to my property, our neighbours and couldn’t be friendlier , this place is true old fashioned customer service , visit it just to see what they have and also visit the unique cafe ,

Bought an expensive garden item on sale. Debbie served us and she couldn’t have been more approachable and knowledgeable. Happy with our purchase we tried to get something to eat in the cafe. We waited at the till as didn’t realise it was table service, so we sat down waited for 5 mins, i popped back into the shop to loose time, returned 12 mins later and they still hadn’t even asked my husband for our order so we left. Just needs someone with some gravitas to manage the team i think. Quite sure is would have been a more positive experience on a week day with full time staff.

Nice showroom. Good range of higher end furniture. This is not a place to pick up value products, more premium items on display. The cafe looks nice too. The staff are very friendly and don't chase you around.

Ordered the Palma Corner outdoor furniture and couldn’t be happier with it! From ordering, being kept up today’s with delivery times and the delivery itself, they were all faultless.
So pleased we choose the fire pit - Just like our honeymoon in the Caribbean 🏝 Thanks again for a great service 👍🏻

Nice setting. We went specifically to purchase a yeti water bottle. No staff available even though we hung around for almost 10 minutes. Disappointed as it was the entire point of our trip. Won’t be returning any time soon! Would have been even more disappointed if have have visited to buy an actual bbq or furniture with a higher value!
