I find staff, particularly the female staff extremely rude
Most times I’ve had to use the shop, she’s on her phone whilst standing at the counter.
Won’t even disconnect it whilst serving- just carries on the conversation as though you, the customer is the inconvenience!!

I’ve also been told by my teenagers that they’ve managed to purchase energy drinks here when 14

I avoid this shop as much as I absolutely can! Overpriced and crap service

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I brought a chocolate milkshake and the shop keeper has left it to go all disgusting and old , did not let me swap it for a better one or did not let me get my money back , never buy milkshakes from here !!

I kept calling them but they did not answer and I did brought a mint area chocolate and I was eating it but it tase disgusting and they don’t have good manners at all and they are always on the phone talking to someone which is not good at all because they are not paying attention to customers in the store I was not happy at all all the time I go in their they are always on the phone to someone which i don’t respect that at all
