I Bought Chocolate Mousse Cake which Cost me £14.09. I requested the shopkeeper Lady to write Happy Birthday Msg on it, she refused and said it’s a Company Policy that we can’t write name on Small Cakes. We do only on Big Cakes which Cost £30.00 or more! That Sounds so rude. Also I Found a Piece of Hair in it.
This Cake Spoiled our Birthday Mood. Now on
No more “Cake Box” Cakes.

BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I went shopping to ASDA, and I had an issue with my card payment, I was on and automatically point for pay, and my card didn't work, I was a bit nervous because there was a big line of people.I didn't call anyone, but Harpal coming with a big smile and ask me if she can help I explained to her what had happened with my card, and I said "sorry", and she told me, "Don't say sorry it's life, everything can't be always perfect ", I was surprised for her kindness and her support. I want to say thank you to her again and let the team manager know that you have a great lady working with you.🙏 God bless her heart and give her all the happiness possible in her workplace.💯❤️

Yesterday I bought a cake from him and there is a huge hair in it. The way I mean the occasion gets spoiled and I throw it in the dustbin. so it is very bad because of the waste of food and unhygienic preparation.

The food was horrible the staff had so much attitude my cake was damaged and the workers said I can’t do anything about it unless i go to cranford store which i felt very disheartened by because I’m the customer and I was treated with disrespect normally when we go to cake box around west London they are usually amazing I recommend going to the one in Whitton highstreet or Hounslow East
