Happen to come across this place by accident. Considering the size, it has a clean disabled toilet and is accessible on the whole.
Has a nice variety of hot drinks, cakes, and freshly made milkshakes. It's not greasy spoon prices, but everything is good quality and they have FREE WiFi.
The staff are lovely too, and very accommodating.
It has a real community vibe.

My friend and I regularly take walks around the Acres and often stop by the cafe for coffee and either toast or cake depending on the time of day. The last 2 times we have been on a Sunday morning and wanted breakfast, we have been advised there is no bread. This is most disappointing when you've saved having breakfast until after your morning walk and you can't have what is clearly on the menu, especially bread (toast) which is a cafe staple. I have to hand it to the 2 young servers working today, we asked the lad if he could get us some bread as there us a shop right next door. We weren't being difficult, we just didn't want cake or croissants for breakfast. I can't have croissants anyhow as following a particular diet after surgery. He didn't hesitate, and went off to get it. We had some banter with him and he was really helpful. The girl made our coffees, but had run out of milk and went across to the shop to get some. By the time our coffees came out, after toast had arrived, our coffees were brought out luke warm so we asked for replacements which she didn't hesitate to do. We love stopping by here, but find it odd that basic supplies aren't available. Is there a reason for this? Items not available should be taken off the menus, but we wouldn't be expecting toast to fall into this category.
We have only ever been met by kind friendly staff who are a credit to the cafe, and we will be back again where we hope to have our toast!

Great little cafe. Busy around school times but welcoming staff and decent BT wifi. Reasonable food prices.

I really wanted to be impressed by this place as it's the only one on the estate and I've been waiting for something to open locally. Alas, disappointment ensued. The coffee is cheap tasting, the crumble is dry and the service is cold. The disposable plates and cups speak for themselves; and yes, I did clearly state I'd like to have my coffee in.

I would have happily given 3 stars if the prices matched the quality but they definitely do not.

If you want support from the community, I just think you need to do better.

It was relaxing and friendly girls on the till, the girl who served me easy going, and very friendly. Another girl named Shannon was lovely to chat with while doing the prep and cleaning. Since I was on my own for a while, it was nice to have a pleasant conversation in the early morning while having a nice special hot chocolate. It was a friendly area, parking was easy, and it was easy to know where it was on the map.

Me and my kids went here today for the first time, kids absolutely loved their hot chocolates with cream and marshmallows and I enjoyed a nice cup of cappuccino. Also a nice range of cakes to try from, Staff were very friendly. Will definitely be visiting again

Nice little cafe, mainly drinks and sweet treats, some savoury things, mostley home baked. Good choice if smoothies.

Good place to hang out, next to playschool behind junior school.

Very limited opening hours, check before you go.

A lovely café situated on The Acres. I highly recommend it as the staff are nice and friendly and the food and drinks are always great.
Not the cheapest...however, you can tell that you are paying for quality and so I am happy to pay the prices!
I highly recommend this charming café.
