Shocking atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, no acknowledgment from a quiet shop. We were hoping to spend quite a lot of money trying on jackets which we liked. As well as for gifts.

Shocking disrespectful attitude from the worker with black curly hair. Giving dirty looks while I struggled to pick up items & noticed even while trying on.

Noticed this behaviour I could not get out quick enough. As leaving the rude disrespectful worker turned back to give dirty disregarding look.

Humanity is lacking in this worker! Not worth visiting! Not worth 1 star! Poor business ethics.

I brought two belts 20 years ago, one of which I wear daily. I can honestly say they look the same, and I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't last another 20 years. I strongly recommend their products. Very nice people also, great to see this place is still going, keeping the charm of the old Camden market.

Decent products, TERRIBLE service would not shop here again.

I bought a 15 inch laptop bag for £110 with a £10 discount. The saleswomen said I could get VAT back and assured me I would be emailed the documents.

I didn't receive anything but a receipt. When I went back to get the documents, I was sent to three different staff members and made to follow one of them around Camden markets I was told that because I got a discount I should "let it go". After insisting and waiting for 15 mins they produced the declaration.

2 weeks later the morning of my flight out of the UK I noticed one of the rivets had fallen off the bag. I went to the store 10 mins before opening as I needed to go to the airport. The shop opened 10 mins late when I spoke to the manager who was chatting with his mate for 10 mins before opening asking for it to be fixed. I was told to wait 30 mins for them to setup... I politely told him I had to get to Heathrow ASAP and I wouldn't insist if I could wait he rudely told me he needed to open first. After arguing he put the rivet in which took less time then the argument.

After that I was told that because I didn't want to wait he put a smaller rivet in and proceeded to shoulder tap my girlfriend which seemed intentional to me without an apology.

Honestly worst customer service experience I've had anywhere in the world. BE CAREFUL IF YOU SHOP HERE.

Amazing pieces. I really liked a bag but it had a black stone on it and I really wanted a blue stone instead, and the man who helped us changed it for me! Definitely should return. Very cool and unique pieces.

I had a rather unpleasant customer service experience. I came in to purchase a jacket that I was eyeballing for some time now. I just wanted to double check a bigger size because I wasn't sure about the right fit. Lady that works there refused to let me do that and said that she is busy (shop was empty at the time). Then she told me that I “try on clothes too often and waste her time” (I visited the shop maybe 2-3 times within a few moths span spending there like 1 minute max on each visit just try on 1 item so that was extremely unfair and unprofessional statement). Saleswoman was rude and treated like an intruder. I will not be returning to this store ever again, which is a pity because the products looked very nice!

The shop owner is lovely and the products are amazing quality. I have a belt that I bought from here years ago and it’s in perfect condition. Highly recommend.
