I brought my car from c&c cars 3yrs or so ago, it came with 3months warranty. A problem started and it was dealt with straight away. 3years later and the same problem has come up on the car (common fault with the car) I contacted c&c cars and they have helped me so much getting my cars sorted again. Amazing company.

In September 2023 I brought a black 2nd hand VAUXHALL corsa and the guy selling the car claimed to have done a service and MOT on the car before I brought it.
After buying the car we noticed the oil was old and it had clearly not been serviced as claimed
In September 2024 I had my MOT done and I was charged a huge fee for a new subframe which was not mentioned on the MOT that was done when I brought the car when there was no mention of a corroded subframe.
Looking back on the previous 5 years the subframe was mentioned as an advisory on MOT so the business clearly has done a dodgy MOT to rob me of my money.
Good salespeople but not to be trusted…

Had the car a week and stuff start too go wrong due the the age of the car. I rang they took it straight in the garage and fixed all the problems couldn't be more grateful of the service I got ! I've dealt with a few car dealers in my time most of them when you purchase the car they aren't interested in what happens next but these are the exact opposite! honest and realible.

Purchased a Vauxhall Astra with a months warranty within 2 and a half weeks nothing but problems. Thought he was a nice guy trying to help me out until it came to getting my money back and didn’t give me my full refund back. Stay well away. Taking people’s money for there own mistakes

Bought a Ford galaxy from here in August and found Steve and his son very helpful, within a few days of buying vehicle there was a fault with the fuel injectors and even though at that point Steve was on holiday in Cornwall and we were based in Hull Steve was exceptionally helpful and ensured he facilitated the problem been resolved efficiently and quickly resulting in us having the car safely back on the road. We were very satisfied with our dealings with this company.

Great salesmen but after the sales service is appalling and would recommend anyone purchasing a second hand car to look elsewhere.

I've had my car from C&C for 10 months and have already had 4 trips to the garage. They tell you that your car has had a full service performed by their own mechanic but based on the repairs my car has needed over the months this just isn't true. If you do decide to purchase your car from here then you really need to have an additional service done should you want to feel safe in your car.

You're also promised a 30 day warranty, but that doesn't actually mean anything because if you do need to use it their external mechanic will do his best to make you feel uncomfortable about asking for repairs that should have been fixed from the date you bought the car, and will try to get by doing the bare minimum.

I've recently had my MOT after having my car for only 10 months and have unsurprisingly failed it with a £394 fix and almost £1000 in advisory.

I was unfortunately sold by the charm of the staff who seem genuinely down to earth but are passive and evade all responsibility afterwards. Avoid.
