We did our research and looked at a few examples of Byatt’s Builders projects which had been completed to an extremely high standard and the customers all said they would highly recommend them. So, we made the right decision to use Byatt Builders for our new kitchen / dining room knock-through.

From the planning stage I was impressed with the wealth of knowledge, professionalism, experience, insight, and the valuable advice from Julian and Ben which helped us make the right decisions throughout the whole project.

Team
Julian Byatts workforce were all professional tradesmen, very polite, respectful of our home and after each day, the tradesmen would ensure that there was no rubbish left on site and that the site was always safe.

Outcome
We had high expectations about the outcome of the project, and Byatt’s Builders completely exceeded them, and we now have a fantastic open plan kitchen of our dreams, and we would not hesitate to highly recommend Byatt Builders they are the best.

We saw examples of Byatt’s Builders work on social media and decided to engage the services of Byatt’s Builders for our kitchen knock-through and conversion.
Thankfully, we made the right choice. From the planning stage we were impressed with the professionalism, experience, insight, and valuable advice from both Julian and Ben. Even though we were apprehensive about the project (dust, noise, inconvenience to our daily lives), we were reassured by Julian that they would ensure that there would be very little to be concerned about – and how right he was.
Every one of the Byatt workforce were exceptional tradesmen, very polite, respectful of our home, and most professional. After each day the tradesmen would ensure that there was no rubble or dust on site.
One aspect that truly impressed me was how Julian accommodated other trades (flooring, decorators), and readily re-arranged his workforce to allow the other trades to complete their work.
Jo and I had very high expectations about the outcome of the project, and Byatt’s Builders far exceeded our expectations. We now have the kitchen of our dreams, and it was accomplished with very little inconvenience or delay.
We will be contracting Julian and his team for further projects, and we have no qualms about recommending them for your building needs – we know that you will not be disappointed.

We turned to byatt after being messed around with our insurance company contractors. They jumped straight in and took over at very short notice. They all did a fantastic job, no questions we're ever left unanswered. Jules and his entire team could not have more more friendly, trustworthy or helpful. The whole downstairs of my property was stripped back due to water damage. They did a very thorough job. Took no short cuts and all work was done to a high standard. Would highly recommend and already have been passing on his details.

Exactly what you would want from a builder - turned up on time and delivered what was agreed, again on time. The project was well managed with Julian Byatt and Ben always available for queries and to deal with the changes that we wanted to make as the project progressed. Delighted with the work done and the cost which was very fair considering the quality of the tradesmen who carried out the work. Highly recommend and looking forward to Phase II next year.
