I drove over to Greet this morning, tried out the chair and then, amazingly, they delivered it to Woodmancote and took away my old chair within an hour! Eight possible adjustments explained and demonstrated, all working perfectly. Small showroom, but I can only commend their expertise and efficiency. BAK Worcester is a superb addition to our office.

I've had the office chair now for 6 years and it still looks & feels like new! I've also recently been recommended by my Osteopath to vary the seat incline and Oliver from BFD took the time to explain what to do to get it right - it's like a brand new chair all over again!
Yes it is a pricy bit of office kit, but I do not regret my purchase one bit. When you work from home full time, you cannot compromise a good secure posture. Given the durability of this product (at this rate 10+ years?!), it's money very well spent.

Last week I visited your shop and walked out 15 minutes later having tried and ordered a chair and desk. So efficient and knowledgeable it was completely hassle free and a real pleasure.
Both were delivered and installed the following afternoon with no fuss in about 10 minutes.
All staff were very bright, confident and immediately put me at ease.
The chair is simply superb, comfortable and easy to adjust and the desk perfect.
I've been driving past your place for around 8 years and had no idea it would be so good and with such a comprehensive range.

I have been looking for a particular style of wooden filing cabinet for some time without much success until I came across Business Furniture Direct.

Oliver was most helpful in the first place and sent me photos of the inside of the drawers, together with measurements. I asked to visit his showroom to actually see the product (so as to avoid a repeat of the disappointment from other furniture retailers), to which he readily agreed.

Having seen that this was exactly what I wanted I was able to place an order.

On the due date of delivery (4 days after my visit), Oliver called me to say that Jack was on his way. Jack arrived, very cheerful, helpful and professional and made sure I was happy with the filing cabinet and it was in the right place before he left.

Great customer service from both Oliver and Jack and they went the extra mile to make sure I knew exactly what I was ordering and was happy with the product before proceeding.

BFD provided us with furniture for a refit through our whole office building and I couldn't be happier. Oliver was helpful, friendly and professional and managed to turn around our order earlier than I had anticipated and at a competitive price. He and his team spent three days at our offices installing and assembling all of the furniture with great care and attention and it looks amazing. Highly recommended!
