Omg the beach is huge you can walk for miles.
Great for dogs and horses even wild kids lol
The sea was freezing in the morning but warm in the afternoon, also an ice cream van going up and down the beach his ice cream tasted awesome, managed to introduce my friend to a sherbet one.
I want to return but with my dog as she would love it.

of my favorite fishing venues through the year winter and summer. It has rough & calm both high and low tides for all kinds of species such as flounder plaice, Dover sole, bass, rays, whiting, codling conger, green eel and of course the big cod . Burnham on sea is also a holiday destination for many it features arcades, lots of shops, family pubes with some amazing fish and chip shops

Beautiful dog friendly beach skirted by sand dunes. Sandy and flat with a lovely low tide lighthouse. Great for kids and walking. Very unspoilt and a real treat! Love Burnham-on-sea beach. Had a lovely breakfast in town too. Well worth a visit.

Horrible vibes from this post apocalyptic zombie town, the "pier" consists of a stump full of slot machines, the smell of rancid oil from the donut seller was enough to stop me from buying any. The local people seem to have no respect for the town as witnessed by the amount of dog mess and general state of the buildings, shame, as the amount of traffic queuing on the road out made me hopeful that I would find a nice resort. Maybe that explains the mass exodus, I will not be returning

good seafront, lots of seating, shade and parking around. the sea tide was out but lots of people on the sand and has steps to sit on.
if only people didn't walk their dogs in the full sun and on the pavement!!! 24 is too hot for them!

This beach is not what you expect as it's on a estuary,so further out when tide is out there's a lot of dangerous mud, which is constantly mentioned in tannoy announcements from RNLI station.A very good thing. Fast tidal activity so one should watch out.

This may not be the prettiest beach, you won't be able to swim in blue waters and yeh it's muddy in areas. But, it is great for a long dog walk past the light house. It's clean, with dog poo bins at entrances. We've had many strolls here in all weather's. My dog loves it.

Had a lovely walk along the beach, around the pier and around the town. There are a lot of places to eat, shops and places to stay in this area. Paid parking scattered around and free parking if you don't mind a little walk. Good views and well worth visiting. A good place for couples or families with children.
