Outstanding service! My order was delivered in very good time, perfectly packed, I could not have asked for more. AND, the request for feedback was discreet and came several days later, rather than minutes as is often the case nowadays.
It goes without saying the marcella front dinner shirt from Budd will never be bettered.

While I am impressed with the quality of the shirt, I needed to send it in to their manufacturer to tailor it further.

Their customer service did not reply to my initial request. When I sent in a request again, they replied they could help me with it, and asked for further details. I promptly supplied these, and never heard back, despite two further followup emails over the course of several weeks.

For a high-quality and expensive shirt, I found their customer service to be unprofessional.

Fantastic shirt! This collaboration with WM Brown and Budd finally resulted in my ideal- after years of the holy grail of chambray shirts eluding my grasp! Despite a plethora of purchases which fell slightly short of the mark, all from stalwart makers including Ralph Lauren, Drakes, Turbull & Asser and Budd, this beauty nails the trifecta of color, fit and styling (collar and cocktail cuffs!). Well done Budd and Matt Hranek!

Poor service. Took 2 weeks to fulfil order with no update and did not send all orders as invoiced. Biggest disappointment was RTW Made in India?! For all the talk about this brand representing UK craftsmanship with this misleading claim “ We make all of our shirts by hand at our workshop here in England.” and for such a price point too. Disappointed.

Wonderfully happy with my Budds purchases. I bought a shirt for my 35 year old husband, and a cravat and handkerchiefs for my 90 year old Grandfather. Two very happy individuals with the quality, design and fit.
