I have used Cambridge Buckingham & Stanley for servicing my car and MOT and I was really impressed by the amazing service I received. Have used them for years with no problems, but the last time my car went in for a service in July they didn't do what was needed in the Volkswagen service schedule (gearbox and timing belt) and my car also developed an oil leak which it had never had before. I only found out about these weeks after the fact when I was completing the sale of my car. Very disappointed that standards seem to have dropped dramatically since last year.

I’ve always found it tricky to find a car garage I can rely on and trust but B&S have exceeded expectations.
Recently had issues with our air-con and were quoted a crazy amount for the work from another garage. After taking it to B&S they checked it over to find no real problem just needed some TLC. I collected the car same day (after hours) to find air-con back working and they had cleaned it as well! Very happy customer.
The whole process was seamless, super helpful from start to finish, honest and accommodating to my work hours.

Recent dealings with this branch have not been good. They failed a car on emissions yet they supplied the catalytic converter and part exhaust only 12 months before.
Another of our cars had a new clutch and now getting into either reverse or top gear is at times problematic.
I will be using other garages in future.

Fantastic service had my motorbike go in for an MOT. Unfortunately, it failed, but the guys were really helpful and held the bike for a week whilst i sourced the part. Got it back up and running again. Overall costs were very reasonable. Highly recommended 👌
