There are many negative reviews that really put me off, after just buying a vinyl from this store. However to be honest I was actually surprised. Yes, they indeed do not provide tracking, however as promised it did arrive in exactly one week in perfect condition. So perhaps some people had bad luck, thankfully mine went smoothly...

Do not buy here! Did not deliver. I waitet more than a Month until I contacted the Support, only to get the Information, that my Limited Edition LP is out of Stock. Now I can not buy it anywhere. A desaster! I will never order again!!

Shocking company to deal with. Items take forever to arrive, then it turns up damaged, not through Royal Mail, as the outer box was in perfect condition. It was packed like it arrived, then another order of 17 items including limited edition vinyl, 5 items are missing. Then comes the customer service, zero replies to phone calls, zero personal response to emails, just automated and with links that don’t work when trying to reply trying to organise the sham that this company is. Over £300 spent and half is missing or damaged.

Absolute nightmare of a company. Asked for an order (a Coldplay CD) to be canceled before shipping, during cooling off period. They ignore the email and ship anyway. I ask for a prepaid return label because why should I pay to return something I didn't want and had already requested to cancel? I raised a dispute via PayPal, awarded in my favour. While I am waiting for them to give me a prepaid return label, they are telling PayPal to give them the refund back as I have the item (that I asked to be cancelled)!!!

I try ringing customer service, asked to leave voicemail, and instantly disconnected.

Coldplay need to look at who they use for their merchandising, the tour ticket fiasco was bad enough!

I am currently seeking legal advice for this dispute.

Pre-ordered a lightstick for the Hatsune Miku concert three months in advance only to have it show up on my doorstep almost 3 weeks after the concert. Besides this the store page clearly stated import tax was included but I still needed to pay import taxes when it arrived. If you try to contact them you will flat out be ignored.

Terrible customer service. You try and cancel, they don't read your several emails and once it is shipped they do answer you. Sorry can't help you it's already gone. Sorry if you want you can reject it, except that you can't cause it's regular mail and there is.no tracking. So want to return it? No problem, send it back to us.
This way eventually you will get your 20 euro but you will have paid 17 euros shipping and 15 euros return.
Best deal ever.
No I do not recommend them, they are appalling. And couldn't care less about their customers.

Caution! I can only warn you about this company. I ordered 3 CDs from Sumerian Records and the shipping was handled by this so-called company. Today I received the package with empty contents. The envelope was well sealed, so I can rule out the CDs being lost during delivery. Unfortunately, I didn't see the bad reviews here until it was already too late. So I've paid a lot of tuition. Stay away from these criminals! 1 star is still too much here.

Awful service! I pre-ordered a The Clash hoodie through the bands official site. I waited... When the package eventually arrived I opened it to find that it was a T-shirt, not a hoodie, in a different design and a different size!
When I contacted them I had to take photos to prove that I was telling the truth! I was asked to send it back, and that they would refund me the postage costs. That was 12 days ago. The hoodie finally arrived last night, after many chasing emails from myself. Still no sign of my postage refund.
Avoid this company.
If you represent a band DO NOT outsource your merch to them. They will trash the name and reputation of your artist!
