Brook Taverner Beverley

I was looking for an upmarket suit for a special wedding and popped into Brook Taverner, I was definitely not disappointed! when I entered the shop I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by the very helpful Lee and Ella, nothing was too much trouble. A great selection of options on offer, I ended up purchasing a Haincliffe Tweed Three Piece Suit, 4 shirts and 2 ties. Not bad for just going for a look... It was a lovely experience and I shall happily return very soon.
Top tip: One of my shirts wasn't available, they took my details within a couple of days I got a call to go pick it up from the store. Fantastic customer service and very COVID aware.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Been a Brook Taverner customer for years (online) but this is first time I have been in one of their actual shops.

Great selection of items to choose. I needed a suit and they actually fitted me out perfectly with the correct sizes (rather than me just ordering on line and just wearing what I thought fitted). They spent plenty of time explaining everything and taking the time to make sure it all fitted correctly.

Shop was busy and you can see why as everyone is made welcome and given as much or as little help as they want.

I bought two suits (which they even sorted out the correct leg length amendments for as well as correct jacket and waistcoat sizes, sending them away to be tailored at head office and then sent to my home address - all within 72 hours) - top drawer service.

This is how buying excellent quality men’s clothing should be done. First class products with top drawer customer service.

No hesitation in recommending the team here and will definitely return.

Excellent customer service! This is the best experience that I've had in ordering a suit and accessories. The team were so attentive in ensuring the right fit and getting my leg measurement perfect. This was effectively an "off the peg" purchase, but the staff ordered the suit in and the trousers were "turned up" to fit. The service was far superior to the last suit that I had "made to measure", and cost significantly less. Simply brilliant!

Wow, what a place and with INCREDIBLE staff. Spent the morning there this morning, bought three, three piece suits including accompanying shirts, belts and ties, 2 casual outfits and I'm going back Sunday to buy an overcoat and gloves and collect the items being altered for a bespoke fit. Staff were just unreal, looked after me SO well and I couldn't be more grateful for their time, patience and advice. Thank you Lee (and the team), after a few bad experiences elsewhere, I couldn't be happier to make the journey up to yourselves... it's certainly worth it!

Having wasted hours walking round Meadowhall visiting all the suit shops to no avail. What a contrast at Brook Taverner Beverley. Such great knowledge and superb attentive service. Measured, and three piece suit sorted within 30 minutes of arrival. I highly recommend this store.

After looking for a suit for sons wedding, in various shops, I came across this gem! Not only did they have the exact suit I was looking for but measured and altered it to perfectly fit, the service is excellent and I've no hesitation to recommend, I visited the Beverley store and wish to say thank you to the staff there, especially Lee.

As a rule i dont usually enjoy clothes shopping however I visited this shop this morning served by Daniel the sales assistant, He made the experience such a positive one. I will definitely be returning to make further purchases from him. Even though it is a 2 hour drive from home. From Mrs Neen.
