I drove from Newcastle to buy a Red Vauxhall Insignia, guy was very helpful and understanding. When I got there car was ready to go and I bought it there and then and drove it home. A few days later the car started to experience clutch issues where the pedal would get stuck to the floor, I tried going through the warranty provided but unfortunately the warranty company did not want to pay for the repair, got back in touch with Brockhall Car Sales and the man was very understanding and immediately said to take it to a local garage as being that far away from them and m he would pay for the repair. The total bill to repair the car was £969.68 and Brockhall Car Sales paid it straight away with no issues and now the car is sorted and loving it. I would 100% recommend Brockhall Car sales as they went above and beyond to ensure good quality customer service and the best after sales service from any garage I have been to.

Similar to another reviewer, I stopped by to see if they bought cars. Once i gave Brendan and Pete the details of my car, they expressed an interest and were very open and honest on the price ranges. Came back next day with vehicle, and a price was agreed quickly and stress free, with both parties happy. Highly recommended and very happy to support a local business.

I bought a car without personal inspection as I live in Cornwall and didn't want to travel all that way to view what essentially was the model of car I had been looking for. From initial enquiry to delivery, the communication and service was great.My car arrived and everything was as they had described, it was in excellent condition. However, after a week or so a few unforeseen issues cropped up but I had no cause for concern as they were diligently managed by the MD, there was only ever a willingness to resolve the situation to my complete satisfaction. Communication was really, really good, via email and also by phone, it made such a difference to be given the confidence that you were dealing with professionals. I cannot recommend this Dealership highly enough, my car is absolutely super and, invariably things can go wrong but, its how you go about fixing them that really counts. LOTS of boxes ticked for me, most importantly, integrity and professionalism.
