This is my first visit and I liked the shop. They have many beautiful items and reasonable prices and nice discounts.
The café is beautiful and quiet and the food was delicious.

Wide range of designer clothes and household goods in this former mill with a lift and a cafe on both floors. Clothes upstairs and household goods downstairs. Men and women’s designer clothing cheaper than from designer stores, but dearer than non-designer clothes.

Great place for shopping everything under one roof lovely gifts and great selection of ladies clothing had a lovely coffee had a bagel which was very bland it was chicken bacon and cheese but hard to find the cheese will try something else of menu next time otherwise a great visit.

An interesting group of shops. It appeared a little disorganised, but they had a catwalk going at the same time. The upstairs tea shop was very busy but the food was tasty.

It reminded me of the co-op in Stockport, before a popular department store took over. Lots of choice from clothes to furniture. First time there and really pleased we found it.

Drove 30 miles from Wigan after reading the reviews. It's not as big as bygone times or botany bay but it's a good place to shop if you like clothes and random items. I got myself a stunning mirror from the furniture section. Cafe was a little on the expensive side but the food was ok. All in all a pleasant experience. Easy parking and friendly staff.

This is a huge old mill converted into a shopping destination. The initial impression is that the whole mill is for shopping but it isn't as other businesses also occupy the building and so the shopping part is much smaller than you might expect and only on two floors. Nevertheless there is a lot of choice here with a bit of everything and some excellent bargains.
This is a place for the ladies with only a small selection for men. Great place to shop for gifts.
Massive car park and easy to reach.

I am a frequent visitor of the Works in Broadstone Mill. My shopping experience is always positive, particularly today. A staff member (Liam) went out of his way to locate a particular item for us. He went above and beyond by calling two other branches to look for the item we wanted, which he certainly did not need to do. The staff there continue to surprise us with their friendly service.
