Following the appearance of a threatening webpage, supposedly from Microsoft, I immediately contacted Tom who responded straightaway, telling me to shut down my laptop and bring it to him the following morning. Within a few minutes he had sorted the problem and confirmed this was a scam not a virus. Such superb service and he didn't charge me a penny!

Visisted Broadmark Computers for the first time with a number of issues with my laptop. Easy location, homely atmosphere on entry. Knowledgeable, competent, polite staff dealt with my issues. A cup of coffee/tea was also offered!! A day or so later all resolved. Highly recommended company. Will return for purchase of computer related items and also to browse over the collection of paintings and gift cards presented inside.
