We loved this store and purchase many things including sofas, tables, TV stand, mirrors, paintings. Absolutely amazing service. Delivery was on time. Thanks to friendly staff for making this process easy.

Absolutely shocking and overpriced. Went to have a look for a sofa and chair, thinking charity shop we wouldn't pay over the top for it. Looked at a couple which were suitable but when they charge £250 for a two seater sofa and £170 for the chair as well as £20 for delivery we bought a brand new one with delivery and a guarantee for less! The staff, I understand that they are volunteers but they were ignorant and lounging about on the sofas like it was a living room and not a store. Definitely won't bother going back any time soon!

Total rip off. If you want to fuel greed then continue to shop here. The prices are pathetic. They have a wooden coffee table in the window for £85, they are only £60 to buy completely new. Have a look at the other prices, 20 and 30% more than buying new. Whoever the person making these prices in this shop nerd their head testing. The stuff stinks yet its very expensive. Out of all the money they make I bet none of it reaches the charity they are supposed to help. Avoid this place at all costs. It costs less to buy new 👍

Nice clean + bright shop. Staff were polite + very pleasant. A mix of new + used furniture at very good prices and all items were immaculate. You can also drop off clothing books etc in the bin outside. Really Nice!

Bought a double bed agreed to be delivered next day in the morning and next day morning I was waiting for it until 11am rang them and only they can say is " sorry we have to rebook it". VERY BAD SERVICE 👎👎👎👎👎.paid £20 for delivery. HOPE THEY CAN GIVE MY £20 MONEY BACK AS DELIVERY NOT ON TIME. 😒😒.

Totally brilliant shop for furniture, white goods and TV's, Staff are amazing, always greeted with a smile, prices are much lower than other charity shops and the quality of items for sale is as good of not better. Go in for a look around and be amazed. Thank you BHF.
