What was supposed to be an exciting time to own my own van lead to a YEAR OF HELL.
I should have walked out when they sprung an admin fee on me which wasn't advertised anywhere and told me they'd waive it if I purchased their warranty (which wasn't worth the paper it's written on as i couldnt claim for a mystery intermittent fault)

Proceed to a delayed delivery date and the van wouldn't start on the back of the delivery trailer, I'm assured this was due to a flat battery and it would be fine after a jump pack and a run.
This wasn't the case as it continued to fail to start after delivery. I stupidly give them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to have the van back to repair rather than rejecting the vehicle.

They sent me a courtesy vehicle and when I checked online it had no MOT tax or insurance! What a joke, I had to take their courtesy van for an MOT myself just to stay in work.

The Van came back with the same problem and had to go back a second time, this was the point at which I politely requested a refund if they couldn't fix so they made sure to drag this out over their 3 month warranty period and handed the van back with the same fault.
After numerous attempts at trying for a refund from Dan it was apparent he'd washed his hands of it and moved on.
I had to pay a main dealer who also failed to rectify this lemon they sold me.

In the end I had to seek compensation from my credit card company who found Bristol Trade Commercials to be in breach of contract.

I bought this van Citroen dispatch a month ago was sent back because of a leaky radiator the guy said it was a pipe that was all lies it was in-fact the radiator I made contact with the company again no answer no answer from my emails or phone calls then we become made a ware of other problems which again they ignored they didn’t check this when sold we have now missed a holiday and work due to this company and their lack of care would not buy again from this company avoid at all costs have added pictures of proof to show what we have had to go through I have all emails from last time and proof of phone calls I have made past and present so they can’t go and lie like I have seen on other posts update from what owner put all lies I have emails from this company this was not what happend they didn’t replace the pipe the fixed the pipe please see email also they said they wanted buy the van back after replacing and having to pay thousands to get sorted out what they couldn’t do cost us more then this van was worth all he was willing to pay for was the radiator that we had to pay to get sorted because his garage couldn’t get a thing right and a full refund and take the van back but wasn’t willing to pay the extras to what we had to pay out for because his company couldn’t get a thing right so please don’t belive this mans lies if anyone would like to see proof then please message me I will not be letting this man get away with ripping a family off with a disabled child who he took no consideration when he told me our van was unfit for the road but still sold it to us also recorded if anyone would like to here this do not fool for this man and his dangerous company he want get away with this

Bought a vw amorak from here a few months ago. As soon as I got home there was a very bad oil leak, so I arranged with the dealer to have the work done, but when it completed there was still a bad leak, but when I contacted the dealer numerous time I was just fobbed off and told it was the mechanics fault and they wouldn’t do anything about it. So I’ve had to take it to another mechanic to be told the car is in a very sorry state, things that have been done on the service book haven’t been done at all. So now I’m hit with a £1000 bill for a truck I paid £15500 for, not the kind of service you would expect!
