The lovely ladies at Bride & Bloom are absolutely incredible! I've never felt so looked after by a business as I did here. When things went wrong (by other suppliers) they were angry on my behalf and fixed the problem without asking for anything! Bernice was brilliant as our on the day coordinator getting everyone in place and worked really well with our photographer. Jane is an absolute life saver and I truly can not thank her enough for her work. The venue was decorated perfectly and fit my vision exactly. Bernice helped me see my vision at our first appointment before I even really knew what I wanted, and proceeded to pick out my dress that I didn't know would be the one I'd set my heart on from the get go. Honestly can not rate them high enough, thank you so so so much!

Love the store! Such a wonderful experience finding my cocktail dress. I tried 4 dresses and all the four were excellent. Had to make the hard choice and pick the one. But probably will shop again for another event or for my friend’s wedding.

My initial visit to bride and bloom left me feeling excited and well looked after for my wedding day which was a year ahead. Unfortunately, my dream dress was received incorrectly, with the wrong backing. Whilst this was supposedly put down to the supplier, I did not receive a new ordered dress, and instead I had to have this altered and changed. During my alterations, the very qualified seamstress made it clear that changing my dress back to what I originally had, would not have worked due to the excess of material of how large my dress was. Therefore, I did not receive my dream lace up back, but instead a zip. This was huge stress and also took up lots of time that I did not have. I was having to travel back and forth for fittings and sizing also. On top of this, I was having to contact the shop myself when finding out about the running of the day, timings of flowers being delivered, etc. From my appointment I left thinking my wedding planning would be calm and easy, but instead it was the opposite. We ordered almost everything from the shop, to which even bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses sizing were not even close and these also had to be altered. My voice was not heard until stating I’d take a full refund if nothing was done based on the errors made. My flowers were beautiful on the day, as was my dress- however rating the service provided, after spending a huge amount of money with them, I was very dissatisfied. Overall pricing of flowers is expensive and unfortunately I did not take time to look at alternative florists in the area before booking. I hope this experience does not happen to any other bride.

When it came to my wedding flowers I really had a vision of what I wanted. My first meeting with Bernice was over Whatsapp due to lock down restrictions. Eventually I got to meet Bernice in person and discuss in more detail what I was after. As a typical bride I had a Pinterest board of what I was after yet I had no idea what the flowers were called or how easy they were to get hold of, in my mind I wanted flowers that I could walk into a country field and pick out. Bernice was so helpful in breaking down my photos and helping me choose the right flowers for my bouquet. My main decor for my wedding was flowers and Bernice and her team did a fantastic job of creating my dream day. I just want to thank you for producing my wonderful bouquet which is truly something different and just what I had visioned.

Well, where do I start? From the get-go today, I was made to feel so comfortable by the ladies holding my appointment. We laughed, we joked and we cried too!
This slice of bridal is absolutely everything you could want, and more. Searching through the rails and picking out dresses you like (as well as having some picked for you based on crieria) was just like you see on the movies and really added to the whole experience.
A huge huge HUGE thank-you to the ladies today for my dress.. I may not have got an easter egg from mum, but tears and to walk home with my wedding dress was much better 💗💍

Bernice helped with my wedding at Hockwold Hall in July 2023 and she was fantastic to work with! The floral arch she provided on the day was the perfect addition to our wedding top table and was beautiful. I am so grateful to her and her team for making my day so special! Thanks again.
