The shop is quite small, but you can purchase most things here related to interior decoration / DIY. It is particularly good for the very helpful advice from members of staff who can advise on paints to starting a project etc.

Bought masonry paint which had to be colour mixed in shop. Made poor choice from colour chart and returned to ask for assistance. My request was handled so well and I departed most impressed that extra pigments were willingly added using great skill with complicated programme. Wall now looks very good. Thankyou!

quite rare I'm giving 5 stars, although doing this because of a customer service. YES, one super friendly lady (in glasses, just in case they have another), actually was friendly, professional, helpful same as her co-worker. Yong chap, knowledgeable, hard working and extremely patient. Even did price quote for me.

As for the store Store. Visited shop 3 times. Always clean. Stock on shelves.

Changes: will be great to have more choice of paint, brushes, sleeves, rollers for different budget. I understand that size of the shop only can fit so much, but it should be considered, as choice a bit poor. Example - windows, doors exterior thermal silicone sealant. White, brown and grey are popular, why do we have have limited colors in Haywards Heath? Town which is growing like a mushrooms after rain. Time to expand a bit.
