Conmen. They delivered the car (late) and added a last minute charge for taxing it (which I never asked them to!). Car looked clean but under the bonnet was caked in grime and dust, passenger door didn't fit properly (had clearly been hit but not registered). They put a strong air freshener in but once remove it honked. Got it valeted and they discovered a puddle of vomit under the rear seats! Clutch is knackered, mirrors don't work properly and tyres were bald. Their 6 month warranty doesn't exist. Also, fhat tax they charged me for? Complete lie! It was delivered SORN with no paperwork so I couldn't tax it and not had they. I tried to tax it but I was refused as the previous owner hadn't even released ownership- thus was clearly a stolen or repossession car they bought at auction. They ignored me gor TWO WEEKS while I asked them again and again for the V5 number so I could tax it myself then finally after I called the police they taxed it (again, not what I asked) and claim3d they'd been on holiday. Co.llete conmen!! Oh and the 12 months of mot and service they advertise? Mot had 9 months and service was overdue. They'd put it through a dodgy mot but change the rear brakes but did they wrong and they screech so had to pay to correct thar too!

Bloody criminals, bought a van from them in June 2023 and shortly after the warranty (3 months) expired, engine blew out and no assistance was provided, and they tried to blame me for not taking good care. The vehicle was clearly disguised to last enough to make the sale and past warranty time. Now I'm sitting on a pile of debts and continuous problems with the vehicle. Should never have bought from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If I could leave 0 star I would. I bought a Hyundai Coupe from them in February 2023. The delivery date was changed multiple times. It came with a flat tyre, low oil, low coolant, some useless wipers, a dead remote control, a steering belt close to failure, and the car was full of trash (6 vapes, 9 pens, screws, empty cans, etc). We I called them, they said they would replace the tyre. After that call they never picked-up the phone again apart form a month later where they finally provided my warranty (which is useless due to a £500 excess). And to this date, they still haven't refunded my tyre, and I still don't have my V5!!!!!!!!!!! I have never dealt with such bad customer services, and I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. They are so frustrating to deal with and the amount of stress and anxiety they put you through is insane. To save you time, money, and your own sanity, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

Unlike all of the other fake 5 star reviews, this is by far the worst dealership or ‘company’ I’ve ever dealt with. If buying a car please complete all checks on the vehicle including MOT and visual checks. I bought a Seat Leon FR in DECEMBER and after owning it for 24hrs, I had a flat tire, red engine coolant light, knocking noise when turning steering wheel and both batteries had died in the keys. It took two and a half weeks for the ‘company’ to reply to me. They do not answer the phone and will text you when they see fit. I was told a service was completed on the car, but they somehow failed to spot the two illegal front tires, both bold and cracking & and forgot to check the engine coolant, because there wasn’t any in the car. This is the first review I have ever posted, please buy cautiously from this place.

I bought a mercedes clas from this dealer. After a while, I ran into an engine temperature problem. I was pleasantly surprised when brandwood car provided me with a replacement car of the same class and fixed my breakdown. everything was done under warranty. I recommend the brandyud car to everyone. you can do business with them. Happy shopping and selling everyone!

I just wanted to say how rude it is to completely ignore a customer who was going to be buying a vehicle from you. It’s blatant rudeness and I will sure to make to leave a review to make sure people avoid you at all cost. For such shocking customer service to have been showed prior to me buying a car from you, imagine if there was an issue. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and service. Would not recommend.

LIARS, CHEATERS, FRAUD, SCAM, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They took my £200 deposit and no car arrived, no more communication, stole my money and then nothing. Only posting on Gumtree for one month. Fraud, scam, con trick and I am furious!!!!!!!!
