When buying a watch to celebrate my 30th birthday, I was craving an experience that matched the craftsmanship of a beautiful timepiece. Admittedly I was between a couple of brands, but after visiting the Bristol boutique, my mind was made up.

Mel and the team welcomed us in with no judgment or pushy sales tactics. They kindly walked us through the finishes, designs and chronographs. This attention to detail and level of care really outplayed the other brands we had visited.

I’m not one for reviews but I had to share this A++ experience.

I decided on Bremont due to the quality, craftsmanship, backstory, and ethos of the company. It was an absolute pleasure to see the team in Cribbs match this with Oscar and Lorenna going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product. The after sale follow-up has been superb too. Highly recommend the boutique if you're thinking about, or planning to buy, a Bremont watch - fantastic service.

I recently purchased an Alt1-P2 Jet (yes, that is its real name) from the Bremont boutique in Cribbs, and I have to admit that the only thing that trumps the quality of the watch is the service I received when looking and ultimately buying. I won't go into the nerdy aspect of the watch, but peculiar name aside, it's a quality piece that IMO is better than the more expensive comparable brands, most of which I have owned over the years, and some still form part of my collection.

The service I received was nothing short of exceptional. I originally popped in just before Christmas as I was curious to have a look. The staff were courteous and friendly and were only more than happy to let me try on a few different watches. The lady I dealt with at the time, Yeemi was lovely and very knowledgeable; she was also fantastic when my 16 month old daughter became a little unhappy at how much time I was taking. A no point did I feel like I was a nuisance or that there was a hard sell going on. It's probably the most relaxed sales experience I have ever experienced.

I popped back in in the new year to have another look, this time with no baby and spoke to Craig, the showroom manager, who was also brilliant. He's incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the brand, we discussed the sort of watch I was after, and he made some suggestions on some different models; again, no hard sell.

Anyway, I went away to think about it and popped back in a little over two weeks ago to make my purchase. On each occasion, I was remembered and dealt with like my business mattered to them, not like I was just another sales statistic. The whole experience has been brilliant from start to finish, and I am already considering another Bremont.

What a real honour to wear such a beautiful ladies watch.
I have the pleasure of owning a SOLO-34 LC in honour of Lettice Curtis- the first woman to qualify to fly a four-engine bomber. As a female who works in a male dominated industry myself this gives me great pride to wear, remembering what can be achieved with determination and hard work, against all the odds. She was an inspiration to women everywhere.

Kelvin was very knowledgeable and proud to be part of the Bremont company. He is a real credit to your company. His colleague, whose name I didn't get, was also very knowledgeable and accommodating- advising of even the small touches and how proud they are of them- Sparkling Wine from Kent- what a treat!

I bought this watch back in June and I wear it with pride every day, and I really love the heat treated blue hands, which I hadn't noticed until several days later- it really gives the watch a different feel.

Really quality brand, and I am so looking forward to having a tour around the Hangar in the future.

Kane and Oscar take customer service to the next level. I strongly believe they are an asset to the company. And their knowledge throughout bremont as a brand and designs was impeccable. Didn’t find 1 fault throughout my experience in the cribbs causeway store not that I was finding them but it’s lovely to see two younger lads really take time in there job role and take time with each customer.

Will definitely be a returning customer

Went it for about the 4th time looking at the same watch. Had as usual fantastic service from all staff. You really get a sense of them caring about you as a client rather than just bending a number.

Ended up buying the watch and the whole process could not have been smoother! Just like the whisky!

Great customer service and attention to me as a client. Watch set up for me there and then. Plus a bottle of bubbles for the wife to keep her sweet!

I would wholeheartedly recommend shopping here as you will not get better service anywhere else.

Time to start thinking about the next watch….

Great customer service. Went into the Bremont shop whilst on a general shopping trip with no intention to purchase on the day but interested in the brand and watches in the window with a view to future purchase. Greeted and welcomed by Brendon (i think) who talked through the history of Bremont and how they compare with other watches. No negative attitude towards others, very professional and informed. Offered to get a watch for me to try and I ended up purchasing. Didn't feel pressured but just great customer service and felt confident in my purchase. Couldn't be happier. Yes, they worked for a sale but that is just good retail practice. Probably purchased 3 months earlier than planned but not disappointed.
