Only worker here who’s genuine is the older British lady who works here. 🙂 Really impertinent Indian woman working, made picking up a parcel hard. Anytime I tried to collect my parcel, a customer came in and she pushes you to the side to serve everyone before helping you. Another lady came in with a parcel and she pushed me to the side again to help her with her parcel. Made me 20 mins late for an appointment. Don’t recommend going here for any parcel, overpriced shop anyways. Bad experience here every time.

Best way to describe these guys it thieves. Not just expensive, but will try and charge you extra at checkout above what price has been advertised. If you do go in. Add up your total and make sure they charge you the advertised price. I would strongly recommend checking your change to. There is a reason they have such poor reviews. I'll never go in again.

Would not accept Collect+ and Hermes parcels at weekends despite the Hermes signing stating 7 days a week and the respective websites suggesting the same. I think the real reason was either the shop keeper not knowing how to operate the systems are just could not be bothered. Either way a very poor service.

very good service early mornings in the week, lovely lady works alone. The rest of the day I dont go in...rude, offhand and unwilling to help with fuel tops etc.
