Good parking with an OK range of shops. It's starting to get expensive here!
This used to be a retail outlet area where good bargins could be found, not any more.
There are still a couple of reasonable places, and Costa Coffee is a nice place to sit and watch the world go by.

Heaps of designer brand outlet shops, flogging out of season clothes that couldn't be shifted in the high street shops.
It's always rammed full of people desperate to wear anything with a label stuck on it.
Some of the stuff is good, but massively overpriced.

Visit here two or three times a week as M&S Simply Food, B&Q and Halfords are all based here which I use to buy items to eat, maintain my home and car. Also here are T K Maxx, Next and other retail outlets for carpets, beds, golf and sports goods. Not to mention the cinema and ten pin bowling as well. Can be a very busy place at weekends and during school holidays, but parking is generally available.

We like this shopping area and visit fairly often. There is a mixed choice of outlets and the prices are usually better than their main shops. A bargain can usually be had.

Busy area, but in a good way. Ample parking. Saw signs for a train station and saw a coach park too, as well as area for buses so I would say accessible.
You have the shopping area 'village', which has well known stores including (at present) Cadbury, Haribo, Levi, Lindt, Clarks, Denby, Kids Around, ProCook. It's shaped like a figure of 8, has sitting, information centre and toilets.
There's also, in the main carpark area, half a dozen restaurants (eg Wagamama, Zizzi), more stores (eg Halfords, Pets at Home, B&Q, M&S), cinema, amusements, bowling, softplay and swimming. There's also a couple more restaurants as you exit, not sure if they're part of the retail park or just clever positioning.
Plenty to do, but leaving is slow as the road plan isn't the best.

Gets very busy on weekends but week days much better. All sorts of shops to buy anything from pet food, car parts, furniture, carpets, clothes, perfumes, shoes etc and eating places

Looking a bit tired. Quite a few empty units & several larger shops have moved to smaller ones. It's still quite a wide choice of outlets with the same low prices, so still worth a visit.

Good retail site with good range of large stores and restaurants, plus games and cinema complexes. Parking traffic flow not well thought out with little thought given to pedestrians.
