Why can’t I choose ten stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This shop and the staff deserve them! They are so helpful, always willing to find a solution even when customers ask for the most random items and they impeccably have a dog treat ready for all the customers furry friends! The range of items sold is incredible and you can buy ONE nail and ONE fuse instead of having to get a whole box like in bigger DIY chains. Bookham wouldn’t be the same without this shop-a local treasure

Incredibly helpful staff. I went in looking for a unique clip for my pressure washer which they didn’t have, however the helpful staff helped find a solution which works so much better than the original clip! They let me test the pressure washer out the back too. 10/10

I like to shop local and support local businesses as much as I can and I love Brackenburys, they have a huge selection of items and I've always been able to get what I've needed when I've been in there. I also love that traditional hardware store look, feel and smell.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and just lovely people.
