Friendly greeting, till staff good ! Don't bother asking floor staff for help! If you ask if they sell curtain hooks holding a curtain pole you don't need to be told to look near the curtain stuff. Surely if they were with the curtain stuff I wouldn't be on a different aisle asking.

Organisation and customer service are awful. I occasionally pop in to buy items for work... if the till work. If they do... they are slow. the scanner might be broken. The staff appear to be having a meltdown as the tills crash almost all the time. I love self service, saves me some mundane small talk, but if the tills don't work whats the point? Selection also poor, better to order off amazon and wait if you can.

My last resort after Toolstation or Screwfix. Prices are ridiculous and the staff are useless. No help, even if you are struggling with something heavy, and hard to find anyone to get any help.

On a spring bank holiday weekend, traditionally a busy time for DIY, this experience was dreadful. No organisation, long queues and patently obvious lack of interest in customer service, especially shown by the 'floor supervisor' .

Went into this branch with 4 people despite purchasing items a young man on the counter asked me “did your mate put something in his pocket” this was said in front of other customers and made us look bad. This is not the first time this has happened to us here not a good experience.

Helpful staff but this location has a limited range of products and always seems to be out of stock. No timber cutting service at this store, you’d have to go to Oxford. The click and collect is pretty useful and there is always ample parking available.

Hadn't been in for quite sometime, needed sink plug and chain, washing line and prop. First thing I noticed it was very dim lighted, loads of content, busy staff, but nobody really knew where anything was when asked, and if you looked like you were going to ask something they quickened their step to try and evade you not so good, spent ages walking around trying to find everything, did eventually but probably try somewhere else next time.
