First time here today. Excellent garden centre. Large variety of plants. Found what I need. Will be back. Customer service was great today. I only went to shop for some plants, however shop sells everything from swimming pools, wallpaper and paints to compost and plant feeders.

Me and my partner went in today to have a look at some bathroom panels, we were clueless at the start and had some information that our builder had given us. We asked John for help and he went above and beyond, even spoke to our builder when we called him to make sure we were buying the correct parts. If it wasn’t for John we wouldn’t have purchased anything today. He deserves the recognition! Brilliant customer service. We’ll definitely be coming here again!

We ordered a carpet which never arrived.I contacted B and Q Stockport on the phone they hung up the phone on us and customers service told us they do not have access on their line to sort out the problem.
B and Q employee in Stockport store are very unprofessional .

My credit notes were all fainted lost about £40.00. Any way a manager looked in the system and Given a credit note on printed paper due to fault in their system , when I went to use it again, it was not accepted and I was told any one could have the credit note photocopied .I live far from Stockport and I can not get there due to full time work.loss again

Riyad the young gentlemen who was the flooring customer advisor, he was extremely helpful went I went in to buy a new floor. Nothing was to much for him. I asked lots of questions to which he was extremely knowledgeable. He was kind, polite, and reassured me on the product I was purchasing. Its lovely to know that customer care at the highest level is still given. This was at BQ Stockport. Staff should be acknowledged by management when they go the extra mile like Riyad has for me.

Large builders warehouse, where you should find everything, but unfortunately this time I couldn’t find small item what I was looking for… Stanley surform blade…

Also there was 1 less marker in a pack of 4, and in a rush I picked that pack and when get back home ? noticed that my pack contains only 3 ? someone pinched ? 1 black marker ?
