The staff at the checkouts look absolutley frozen due to the lack of heat & the wind blowing through the door at the end of the till they could have some kind of perspex cover to protect them from the weather or an above door heater. Its not attractobe to see ataff shovering in cold at this time of year.

Went in today for quite alot of worktops, units, lighting and the staff I have got to say couldn't do enough! Massive shout out to Keith who was amazing at customer service and took the time to help me so much. We were in hours, having work tops cut and various other things. Can't commend the staff enough for the customer service. They were all fantastic, really helpful and all done with a smile 😃

Pretty Decent amount of selection, better use of space than others in the county. Mark down is for the huge speed bumps infront of it, absolutely no need for them to be that big. Wouldn't be able to get a heavy load from the store otherwise you'd struggle not to damage your car.

Big, lots of stock, the isle are labled well. However sometimes have been moved to sections that they shouldn't be in as they're on offer for example making it hard to find sometimes. Also finding a colleague to get assistance can sometimes be hard but overall a decent shop
