Just been to buy 3 tubes of solvent free adhesive and the guy behind the till asked me for ID, (I’m 32 years old) so i went to my van and come back with my ID, he’s then started quizzing me about how old I am, I’m not being funny but I’m married with children! Sort your act out! Tradesman haven’t got time for this and especially not with the attitude given by staff.

I purchased a Macallister mains, corded 600w electric drill a couple of days ago for £25. I think it's great and I'm very pleased with it.
With all it's functions, a good sized chuck, slow and fast chuck speeds, alternate direction, trigger lock, depth gauge, hammer action, and an extra handle. I think it's fantastic and all for £25!
For this price, I think it's a gift. Obviously, I've only just got it, but as long as I don't use it for ridiculous things like drilling concrete all day, and I use it with respect, I think this item will serve me well. If something unforseen happens, as they have in other revues, B+Q will only be to happy to remedy the problem.
All too often, people seem over ready to complain, but respect here to B+Q here for looking after their customers. I think this is a super buy for people like me. I'm not a tradesman, just a keen, average diyer, and I'm super pleased with my purchase. I think this a super buy. I don't think B+Q could do any more for us than this.

We have just been into BQ chorley.
we’re trade but would rather drive 5 miles to Bamber Bridge BQ as we always find “Paul” on the til rude and condescending
I dread being served by this guy and again would rather drive 20 minutes to another BQ

Great store for the handyman, partner and trade specialist.
Not enough variety of paint rollers or Makita power tools.
Better stock and variety than wickes. Nice to touch and see tools instead of over the counter or on line…..

A small B&Q is a rarity nowadays, so this is quite refreshing. Went in to buy some tap washers and found them easily in this well-signed store. Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff here are helpful. Shop is stocked and clean whenever I visit, and I always get what I went in for. They also have good deals on most of the time.
