Went in for some cut wood. Lovely person, very pleasant, very accomodating and seemed very knowledgeable. However first attempt was incorrect, second attempt meant I had to redesign what I wanted to do and final attempt meant one piece was still wrong!

But I would use again and make sure I supervise very closely.

Staff seemed to actively avoid eye contact when I was looking for help and head in another direction. When I did finally find someone to ask I was basically told to look online and order there. I understand not all stores stock everything and this isn't exactly a huge b&q but it was more the attitude that got me, I know I can look online cherub, but I came to a store in the hopes of getting it there and then. The store itself was easy to navigate though and with the purchase I did make it was easy enough to find myself and the staff serving were polite.

Met a very helpful member of staff John. Gave me some advice on paint and painting. Big firm but great to see customer support is important. The other staff I interacted with were great also. Young lady on the paint counter and 2 great chaps at the tills. I was dreading going in there today and these people made it so much easier, thankyou.

Great place to get your hardware, tools, building material and any DIY merchandise. There is ample parking here to load up your truck. My wife refuses to go to any hardware store with me. I guess it's like her taking me with to do some clothing shopping. I can spend hours in this place. They should have a coffee shop in here with some lunch to take a break from browsing around and walking through the Isles.

Good range of products, well stocked and friendly staff. Would be five stars, if they had a customer toilet. After a long journey in with bad traffic couldn't actually stay very long, so didn't purchase as much as I would otherwise.
